How do I get a ‘Proof of Enrollment’ or ‘Verification of Enrollment’ (VOE) form?
The Student must sign up to receive a form before last lunch period in the Main Office and pick it up in person after school the same day. The VOE can not be issued if a student has lost credit for a course due to excessive absences in the previous semester.
